Day 1. Arrival Delhi: You will be assisted on arrival at Delhi International airport and then transferred to the hotel to spend overnight there.
Day 2. In Delhi: In the morning after breakfast you will be taken on a full day sightseeing of Delhi starting from a walking tour of old Delhi’s narrow crowded streets through spice market and Chandni Chowk busy with their day to day business apart form grand Jama Masjid and magnificent Red Fort. You will then have a delicious lunch break at renowned Karim’s restaurant before driving to see some of the New Delhi sights such as Qutab Minar, India Gate, Humayun’s tomb and the old Fort by the evening. You are recommended to have an excellent dinner with great food options at Panadara Road very close to India Gate. There is overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3: Delhi / Varanasi: Today morning after leisurely breakfast you will go for short sight seeing before your transfer to the railway station to board evening train to Varanasi. There is overnight train to Varanasi.
Day 4: In Varanasi: Today you will have an early morning boat ride on the Ganges to see some of the Hindu religious activities and rituals on ghats such as bathing, washing and funeral pyres. Later in the day visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, New Vishwanath temple, Sankat Mochan temple, Golden Temple, Bharat Mata Temple and Durga Temple. In the evening visit ghats on the Ganges to take boat ride and evening activities.
Day 5: In Varanasi: Today morning you will have an excursion to Sarnath, a Buddhist pilgrimage where lord Buddha given His first sermon after enlightenment and walking around the Sarnath to see old Buddhist Stupas. Having visited you will be back to Varanasi to spend overnight at hotel.
Day 6: Varanasi / Khajuraho via Jhansi: You will have a leisurely morning today spending more time on ghats along ganges seeing religious Hindu rituals and walking through narrow streets before your transfer to the railway station to board overnight train to Jhansi. You will be assisted on arrival at Jhansi railway station then drive to Khajuraho hotel. Having checked in at hotel, relaxation for some time then sight seeing of world famous temples. There is overnight train.
Day 7: Jhansi / Khajuraho: Assistance on arrival in Jhansi in the morning then departure transfer to Khajuraho by road. Having checked in at the hotel freshen up and relaxation then sight seeing for the rest of the day visit the world famous temples of 10th century. Khajuraho is the India’s second most favoured tourist destination after Taj Mahal. These temples have been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and are well known for erotic sculptures. There are only 22 temples have survived out of the original 85 temples. Khajuraho temples were discovered by a British army officer in the 20Th centuary and preserved the “high point” of Indian architectural genius of medieval times. Having explored the temples, you will be back to hotel to spend overnight.
Day 8: Khajuraho / Orchha: Today morning you will be transferred to Orchha by road. Having checked in at hotel, relaxation for some time then sight seeing of 16th century Orchha Fort founded on the picturesque site with monuments dotting the landscape on either side of the river Betwa. Orchha’s legacy has been captured in stone and frozen in time. The remarkable proportions of the exteriors and interiors have excellent Bundela art. Its palaces, temples and cenotaphs are beautifully reflected in the flowing water of the Betwa River.There is overnight stay at Orchha.
Day 9: Orchha / Agra via Jhansi: You will have leisurely morning today then transfer to Jhansi railway station to board evening train to Agra. You will be assisted at Agra railway station then transferred to the hotel. Having checked in at hotel, relaxation for the day. There is overnight stay in Agra.
Day 10: Agra / Bharatpur: Today morning you will have an early breakfast then guided tour of Agra starts visiting the unique love memorial of its kind The Taj Mahal that was built by the mughal emperor Shahjahan for his beloved wife Mumtaj Mahal. Then the magnificent Agra Fort called as Red Fort also Etc then transfer to Bharatpur visiting Fatehpur Sikri an old kingdom deserted by the Mughal king for the lack of water on the way. Having reached check in at beautiful Laxmi Vilas Palace and have sound sleep after dinner. There is overnight stay at Bharatpur.
Day 11: Bharatpur / Jaipur: Today early in the morning you will be driven to Jaipur. Having checked in at hotel you will have breakfast and relaxation for some time then you will proceed for guided tour of this colorful city visiting Gaitor; memorials to the former rulers of Jaipur the place has some gracefully carved cenotaphs in white marble, Jaigarh Fort; standing on a hilltop, world’s biggest cannon on wheels is positioned here and Nahargarh Fort; built in 1734. The walls of the fort run along the ridge with architectural beauties. There is overnight stay at hotel.
Day 12: In Jaipur: Today morning after breakfast you will be enjoying the guided trip to the city visiting Amer Fort (Amber Fort) The fort is remarkable blend of Hindu and Muslim architecture a fine piece of Rajput architecture, built in the seventeen centuary is famous for great views from the top. Later in the day visit Hawa Mahal; built in 1799 is one of the most recognizable monuments of Jaipur. It was build for the royal ladies to watch and enjoy the processions and other activities through five-storied semi-octagonal monument with 152 windows. At present it is a museum. City Palace situated in the heart of the old City houses important museum and allows a fine view of the gardens and the city. In the evening visit a magnificent observatory built in 18th century. Having seen all these you will be back to the hotel by the evening to spend overnight at hotel.
Day 13: Jaipur / Jodhpur: Today you will have leisurely breakfast then will be exploring the city bazaars, local life, day to day activities and sight seeing around then transfer to the railway station to board overnight train to Jodhpur.
Day 14: In Jodhpur: Today morning having arrived from the overnight train you will be at Jodhpur where you will be assisted by our representative and transferred to the hotel. Having freshened up at hotel, you will be taken on a guided tour of the city visiting Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada and Umaid Bhawan Palace Etc. Having enjoyed the grand sights you will be back to the hotel to spend overnight.
Mehrangarh Fort: The Rathore Rajputs founded it in 15th century. At present a museum is managed and maintained by the royal trust. There are only few grand palaces of Mehrangarh are open for tourists. Among the magnificent palaces are Moti Mahal, Jhanki Mahal, Chandan Mahal, Rang Mahal, Sheesh Mahal, Phool Mahal, Umaid Vilas and Maan Vilas etc.
Jaswant Thada: The Jaswant Thada is the traditional cremation ground of the rulers of Jodhpur. There are the ornamental gardens and cenotaphs built by the excellent white marble in 1899 in the memory of Jaswant Singh II. There are royal portraits and possessions also.
Umaid Bhawan Palace: The construction of this palace begun in 1929, it was designed by the president of the British Royal Institute of Architects for Maharaja Umaid Singh. This grand palace was completed in 15 years. At present Maharaja Gaj Singh II, still lives in part of the building. The rest has been converted into a heritage hotel.
Day 15: In Jodhpur: In the morning after breakfast enjoy full day guided tour of the city visiting Bal Samand Lake; a beautiful lake constructed in 1159 AD, then visit to museums with great collection of sculptures, weapons and stuffed animals etc. In the evening you will be visiting Girdikot and Sardar Market with small shops lined either sides of narrow lanes. You can collect souvenirs such as textiles, silver, handicrafts and aromatic spices etc.
Day 16: Jodhpur / UdaipurVia Ranakpur: Today morning after breakfast you will be transferred to Udaipur by road visiting Ranakpur Jain Temples on the way. Having arrived check in at hotel and relaxation for some time then sight seeing tour with guide visiting the City Palace, Lake Palace and Lake Pichola constructed by Maharana Jai Singh II in 1746, a romantic palace situated amidst the Lake Pichola with excellent view. There is overnight stay at hotel.
Day 17: In Udaipur: In the morning after breakfast you will enjoy full day guided tour of the city visiting Fateh Sagar Lake built in the 1670. There are other attractions such as the Nehru Park r beautiful lily pond, and views of the Moti Mahal etc. Having visited that you will be taken to the ornamental and historic garden of 18th century Saheliyon-Ki-Bari. After that you will see The Bagore-Ki-Haveli of 18th century. You will be back to the hotel by the evening to spend overnight at hotel.
Day 18: In Udaipur: In the morning after breakfast full day sight seeing of the city visiting Udaipur Solar Observatory that is considered as the best solar observing site in Asia.It is situated on an island in the Fateh Sagar Lake then Shilpgram is a crafts village with traditional mud huts apart from regular entertainment and handicrafts. In the evening visit the local bazaars to feel the energy of the city’s hustle bustle. There is overnight stay in Udaipur.
Day 19: Udaipur / Mumbai: Today you will have a leisurely morning then sight seeing of one or two places before your transfer to the railway station by the evening to board overnight train to Mumbai.
Day 20: In Mumbai: In the afternoon you will be assisted in Mumbai at railway station. Then you will be transferred to the hotel, relaxation for few hours in the evening you will be visiting the gateway of India, a sixteenth centuary 26 meter high stone archway is the first landmark of Mumbai. It was built to honour the visit of King George V and Queen Mary to India in 1911. Having seen this visit Hutatmas Chowk, formerly known as Flora Fountain. This is the business centre of Mumbai, surrounded by offices, banks, colleges, shops etc. Having taken dinner get back to the hotel to spend overnight here.
Day 21: Mumbai / Back home: In the morning after breakfast you will be seeing Mumbai sights for the entire day visiting Pherozsha Mehta Gardens, Popularly known as hanging gardens. The garden was laid out in 1881 on top of the reservoir, which supplies water in Mumbai. A special feature is the hedges, which are cut into animal shapes. Then you will visit Chowpatty Beach, generally crowded with extra ordinary hustle bustle. Chowpatty occupies a special place in the life of Bombay, having been the venue of mass political meetings in the pre-independence era. After that you will be taken to Rajbai Tower, built in the19th century in Gothic style on the university campus, the 79 meters high clock tower commands a fine view of the city before departing to the international airport to board flight back home.
