Trip to Darjeeling: Darjeeling is a unique blend of Hinduism and Buddhism visited by the leisure and adventure travelers alike. About Mirik: Mirik is an idyllic hill station located at an altitude of 1767 m, nestled in the serene hills of Darjeeling. It is 49 kms from Darjeeling. About Kalimpong: It is a small hill station between Siliguri and Gangtok. The swift flowing Teesta river runs by the side of the road adding to the beauty of the scenery. The name, Kalimpong, has three different origins. Kalimpong has several monasteries and also a Kali temple. The Tibetan Monastery and curio center and Dr Graham’s home are important tour stops.
About Lava: It is not a sightseeing destination rather a natural destination situated at an altitude of 7200 feet, and around 32 km east of Kalimpong. It is famous for its proximity to the Neora Valley National Park and beautiful view of the Jelep La and Rechi La passes. There are two sunset points named Ghanti Dara and Tiffin Dara (Dara means top of the hill) apart from Lava Monastery. There is Chhangey Falls situated at a distance of 12 kilometers worth a visit.
About Lolegaon- The small town is located at a distance of 12 km from Lava at an altitude of 5,500 ft. A spectacular view of the Himalayan snow will take you to a different world. Loleygaon offers panoramic view of the Kanchenjunga. This is quiet, cool and serene destination yet to be commercialized. There is nearby hilltop Jhandi Dara offers a beautiful view at sunrise.

Route: Delhi-Mirik- Darjeeling- Kalimpong – Lava- Lolegaon- Delhi
Day 1. Arrival Delhi: Assistance on arrival. Transfer to the hotel. There is overnight stay at hotel.
Day 2. In Delhi: In the morning after breakfast visit of the historic city of old Delhi sights as Red fort and the Jama Masjid. Having lunch visit to New Delhi sights such as Qutab Minar, India Gate, Humayun’s tomb and the Lakshmi Narayan temple etc. There is overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3. Delhi / Mirik via Bagdogra: In the morning transfer to the airport to board flight to Bagdogra. There is assistance on arrival then departure transfer to Mirik (1767M/ 50Kms) through the winding roads across tea gardens on the slopes. Having reached at hotel relaxation for some time then visit to Lake Sumendu to enjoy the evening. There is overnight stay at hotel.
Day 4. Mirik/ Darjeeling: In the morning after breakfast strolling, boating, horse riding etc around Lake samendu. In the afternoon departure transfer to Darjeeling (50Kms./ 6500ft) visiting Sukiapokhri Salamander project on the way along with the glimpse of Himalayan reptiles. Having reached at hotel relaxation for the day. Evening at leisure. There is overnight stay at hotel.
Day 5. In Darjeeling: There is an early morning trip to Tiger Hill (2590M) for a breathtaking view of Sunrise over the Kanchenjunga then visit to Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop on way bak to hotel. Having breakfast full day sightseeing visiting zoo, HMI and ropeway ride over the Takvar Valley Tea Garden. Having lunch at hotel visit to Rock Garden and Gangamaya Park. There is overnight stay at hotel.
Day 6. Darjeeling / Kalimpong (1250m, 55Kms.): In the morning departure transfer to Kalimpong along the Rangit River passing through picturesque sights on the way. Having arrived check in at hotel and relaxation for some time before visiting Durpin Dara viewpoint. There is overnight stay at hotel.
Day 7. Kalimpong/ Lava: In the morning after breakfast sight visiting orchid nurseries, Delo top viewpoint, Bong Monastery etc then transfer to Lava (2200M, 30Kms) after lunch. There is halt at Lava.
Day 8. Lava / Lolegaon: In the morning visit to Rishap and Tiffin Dara for a spectacular view of the Himalayas. Transfer Loleygaon (1620M, 24Kms) after lunch, it is another hidden picturesque hamlet in Kalimpong hills. Having arrived check in at hotel and relaxation for some time then visit to adjacent Heritage Forest for a unique canopy walk in the afternoon. Evening at leisure. There is overnight halt at Loleygaon.
Day 9. In Lolegaon: In the morning visit to Jhandidara (3Kms) for an amazing Sunrise over the Kanchenjunga, even Mount Everest is visible from the watch tower of Jhandidara if weather is clear. In the afternoon after lunch visit to the local Lepcha market. Evening at leisure. There is overnight halt at Lolegaon.
Day10. Lolegaon/ Delhi via Bagdogra (140Kms): In the morning after breakfast departure transfer to Bagdogra airport through Dooars forests and tea gardens to board flight to Delhi. There is assistance on arrival in Delhi, then transfer to the hotel and relaxation for the day. There is overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 11: Delhi/ Back Home: In the morning after breakfast full day at leisure in Delhi then transfer to the airport as per the flight schedule to board flight back home.
