I highly recommend Travinfoindia.
They came to my rescue when I found it impossible to book train tickets from UK on IRCTC website.
They booked all my tickets (5 journeys for 2 passengers) exactly as I requested for just a small fee and in no time I had confirmation email .
Rakesh was very quick to respond to all my questions. It was my first time to India and it was obvious by the inter-reaction that he was genuinely concerned that i should be entirely happy with my trip, to the point where he followed it up even after my return to UK.
To me, that is excellent service above and beyond the call of duty.
You are unlikely to get service like this in UK.
If you are planning a trip to India, do not hesitate to use this company. You will not be disappointed.
I will certainly contact them when I plan my next trip to India.
I hope Rakesh will still be working there!
