Itinerary
Day 01 : Arrive Chennai.
On arrival meet and assist at the airport and transfer to prebooked hotel.
Day 02 : Chennai-Mysore (By Train)
Morning, transfer to the railway station to board train for Mysore at 0600 hrs. Arrive Mysore at 1300 hrs & transfer to prebooked hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 03 : Mysore
Morning, half day city tour of Mysore. Visit the Brindavan gardens and Mysore Palace. Afternoon, free for individual activities. Overnight at the hotel
Day 04 : Mysore-Nagarhole National Park
Morning, leave for Nagarhole. Arrive Nagarhole and checkin at prebooked hotel/lodge. Afternoon, wildlife viewing in Jeeps. Overnight at the hotel/lodge.
Day 05 & 06 : Nagarhole National Park
Morning wildlife viewing and birding in the park or a coracle ride on the Kabini river. Evening drive/elephant ride into the jungle. Overnight at the hotel/lodge.
Day 07 : Nagarhole-B R Hills
Morning, drive to BR Hills. Afternoon trek in BR Hills for nature watch. Overnight in tents.
Day 08 : B R Hills
Morning and evening wildlife viewing and birding. Overnight stay in tents.
Day 09 : B R Hills-Bandipur National Park
Morning, leave for Bandipur National Park. On arrival checkin at prebooked hotel/resort. Afternoon, visit the wildlife sanctuary in jeeps. Overnight at the hotel/resort.
Day 10 : Bandipur National Park
Morning and evening wildlife viewing. Overnight at the hotel/resort.
Day 11 : Bandipur-Oooty
Morning, drive to Ooty. Arrive Ooty and checkin at prebooked hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 12 : Ooty-Munnar
Morning, drive to Munnar. Arrive Munnar and check in at prebooked hotel. In the afternoon, drive to Eravikulam National Park to see the Nilgiri Thar. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 13 : Munnar-Periyar
Morning, free. Afternoon, leave for Periyar. Arrive Periyar and check in at prebooked hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 14 : Periyar
Morning and evening boat crusie to see the wildlife. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 15 : Periyar-Kumarakom
Morning, drive to Kumarakom. Arrive Kumarakom and check in at prebooked hotel. Rest of the day, free for individual activities. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 16 : Kumarakom
Morning, backwater cruise and evening visit the bird sanctuary. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 17 : Kumarakom-Cochin
Morning, leave for Cochin. Arrive Cochin and check in at prebooked hotel. In the afternoon, cruise on Cochin Backwaters. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 18 : Cochin
Morning, half day city tour of Cochin. Afternoon, free. In the evening, witness a Kathakali dance show. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 19 : Cochin-Mumbai.
Morning, transfer to the airport to board flight for Mumbai. Arrive Mumbai, transfer to prebooked hotel. In the afternoon, city tour of Mumbai. Overnight at the hotel
